About Us!

Scoops and Treats LLC  was founded in June 2019 by Ron Barker and his granddaughter Alyssa Williams, After They founded Soft Serve Treats LLC in April 2011. When they purchased the Ice Cream Truck from a previous vendor from Lake City, Minnesota. Intentions were to return a little nostalgia to the residents of the Edisto Island and Edisto Beach, SC area.  Which we feature"Frostline" Soft Serve ice cream that is non-dairy, lactose and cholesterol free, Popsicle brand frozen novelties, Juice Bars, Root Beer Floats made with A&W Root Beer and more.  

After a few years of fun there, They relocated and decided they wanted to open an Ice cream and fudge parlor to serve the residents of Cape Coral. We serve only the highest quality products. We are excited to expand beyond four wheels! See you soon!
